The Recipe
- Prep time: 15 minutes
- Yields: 14–16 balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup NutraBloom Almonds
- ½ cup Rolled oats (slightly toasted for extra flavor)
- ½ cup Grated Kithul jaggery (high quality)
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- A pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- The Base: Pulse the NutraBloom Almonds and oats together in a blender or food processor until they form a coarse, sandy meal. Aim for texture rather than a fine powder.
- The Blend: Add the grated jaggery, cardamom, and sea salt. Process until the mixture begins to clump together and forms a sticky, workable dough.
- The Shape: Using your hands, roll the dough into consistent 1-inch balls. If the mixture feels too dry, add a teaspoon of warm water or melted coconut oil.
- The Set: Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. This allows the oats to hydrate and the jaggery to set, creating a firm, fudgy texture that holds its shape perfectly.
