The Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups NutraBloom Pistachios (roughly chopped)
- ¼ cup Desiccated coconut
- 2 cups Thick Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Kithul Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
- The Emerald Border: In a bowl, mix the chopped NutraBloom Pistachios with the desiccated coconut and a small drizzle of honey. Press this mixture firmly into the base and sides of a pie dish to create a thick, rustic crust.
- The Silk Filling: Whisk the yogurt, the remaining honey, and the vanilla together until the mixture is silky smooth and light.
- The Pour: Carefully pour the yogurt mixture over your pistachio crust, smoothing the top with a spoon.
- The Art: Sprinkle a few whole NutraBloom Pistachios on top for a professional, vibrant finish.
- The Set: Freeze for at least 4 hours. NutraBloom Tip: Remove the pie from the freezer 10 minutes before serving; this allows it to soften slightly, making it easy to slice and enjoy.
