    The Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ½ cups NutraBloom Pistachios (roughly chopped)
    • ¼ cup Desiccated coconut
    • 2 cups Thick Greek yogurt
    • 3 tbsp Kithul Honey
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

    Directions:

    1. The Emerald Border: In a bowl, mix the chopped NutraBloom Pistachios with the desiccated coconut and a small drizzle of honey. Press this mixture firmly into the base and sides of a pie dish to create a thick, rustic crust.
    2. The Silk Filling: Whisk the yogurt, the remaining honey, and the vanilla together until the mixture is silky smooth and light.
    3. The Pour: Carefully pour the yogurt mixture over your pistachio crust, smoothing the top with a spoon.
    4. The Art: Sprinkle a few whole NutraBloom Pistachios on top for a professional, vibrant finish.
    5. The Set: Freeze for at least 4 hours. NutraBloom Tip: Remove the pie from the freezer 10 minutes before serving; this allows it to soften slightly, making it easy to slice and enjoy.
